“Toward Understanding the Business Legal Aspect”

The Program
Understanding the challenges of global competition is mandatory for today’s corporate leaders. Capital, people, goods, ideas, and even cultural influences flow across national borders, making global consciousness. The UPH Master of Law focuses on the area of Business Law. Its graduates are expected to be experts in the arena. In addition, UPH graduates are encouraged to pursue their education at the doctoral level.

Objectives
•    To become one of the centers of law education in Indonesia, particularly in the field of Business Law.
•    The Master of Law program is directed toward producing graduates with the following characteristics:

1.    Ability to increase professional services through research and development in the legal field, particularly Business Law.
2.    Ability to participate in the development of legal knowledge.
3.    Ability to develop professional performance on a broad spectrum by relating to scientific fields, specifically legal science.
4.    Ability to formulate approaches to problem solving by way of scientific logic.
5.    Ability to continue scientific developments within the framework of anticipating a doctoral program in law.
