“The Avant Garde of Law”
Objective
To produce international standard Doctors of Law, innovative and capable of developing as highly-qualified researchers with outstanding ethical values.
The Program The Doctor of Law program of UPH is structured on a semester and credit system, and consists of basic knowledge, advanced skills, and research. Students can complete this program within six to ten semesters. The basic knowledge and advanced skills program uses the approach of tutorial classes, seminars, individual projects, including term papers and research communication.
Doctor of Law research program produces cutting-edge work in a wide range of fields and disciplines from Administration and Constitutional Law to Law and Economics. “Idea laboratories” host lectures, symposia, and conferences to enhance intellectual discourse and debate on campus and beyond. The program also provides students with valuable research opportunities and the chance to work directly with faculty members on projects at the core of their scholarly agendas.
