  • How do I apply to UPH?
    There are 2 (two) Entry Options that a Prospective Student can choose:
    • Direct Admission (for applicant who applies to all majors exclude Faculty of Medicine). No test is required and assessment is done by reviewing applicant’s High School’s Report Scores.
    • Admission Test (for applicant who applies to Faculty of Medicine). A test entry option is also available for applicant who is not accepted through the Direct Admission, except the Conservatory of Music.
  • How to get UPH Application Form?
    It is available at:
    • UPH Global Campus, Admission Office, D building 1st floor
    • UPH Graduate Campus, Plaza Semanggi 3rd floor
    • UPH Surabaya Campus, Admission & Marketing Office
    • UPH Network High Schools
    • Online admission can also be accessed through www.uph.edu
  • How much does UPH Application Form cost?
    For Faculty of Nursing and Teacher College it costs Rp 50.000 and for other majors it costs Rp 300.000.

  • How to enroll at Faculty of Teacher College and Faculty of Nursing?
    For Faculty of Teacher College you could contact 021-546057 ext. 2613 or email to tc@uph.edu.
    For Faculty of Nursing you could contact 021-546057 ext. 3409/3407.
  • What is the Admission Center office hour?
    Monday-Friday = 7.30am to 6pm
    Saturday = 8am to 12.30pm
    Closed for Sunday and Public Holiday.
  • How long the Direct Admission process takes place?
    For regular Majors it takes 7-14 work days after you complete all the required documents.
    For School of Design and Conservatory of Music it depends on the review by the Faculty Members.
  • What are the procedures to enroll at UPH for Cambridge Students?
    AS Level/A Level:
    • Copy of legalized Junior High School National Examination.
    • Copy of legalized IGCSE AS Level Certificate (Min. 5 Subjects).
    • Copy of legalized Certificate Equivalency by Indonesian Education Department or Paket C.
  • What are the procedures to enroll at UPH for IB Students?
    • Copy of legalized Junior High School National Examination.
    • Copy of legalized IB Predicted/ Final Certificate (Min. 6 Subjects).
    • Copy of legalized Certificate Equivalency by Indonesian Education Department or Paket C.
  • What are the procedures to enroll at UPH for other International Curriculum?
    • Copy of legalized Junior High School National Examination.
    • Copy of legalized Academic Record: Grade 10 and 11.
    • Copy of legalized Certificate Equivalency by Indonesian Education Department or Paket C.
  • What are the procedures to enroll at UPH for Homeschooling Students?
    • Copy of legalized Junior High School National Examination.
    • Copy of legalized Academic Record: Grade 10 and 11.
    • Copy of legalized Certificate Equivalency by Indonesian Education Department or Paket C.
  • Can I submit application for the even semester?
    Most programs did not offer January intake, please contact our call admission office for detail.
  • When is the schedule for Admission?
    The detail of Admission Schedule can be downloaded here.
  • Do I need to take the Admission Test?
    Yes, if you apply to Faculty of Medicine or if you can’t pass the Direct Admission process.
  • Where is the Admission Test take place?
    The admission test will be held at UPH Main Campus, Lippo Karawaci.
  • How can I get the information about the Tuition Fee?
    The Tuition Fee’s can be downloaded here.
  • Do those entire fees include book’s fee?
    No.
  • Does UPH provide full English Class?
    Yes. This class is fully conducted in English and especially for international student. It offers for several major only which are:
    • Management
    • Accounting
    • Hospitality Management
    • Interior Design
    • Food Technology
    • International Relation
    • Communication
    • Law
    For register at full-English Classes, you have to pay first your tuition fee based on your offering letter and complete the Full-English Classes Application Form. The application form could be downloaded here.
  • What are the differences between regular and full English classes?
    The regular classes will be conducted in Bahasa, while full English classes will be conducted in English.
  • What is Acceleration Program in UPH?
    It is a program for 3-year study of S1 which applies to all majors at UPH, except for Faculty of Medicine. There are 3 terms within a year. It offers better quality, time and cost saving.
  • What is UPH RMIT Joint Degree Program?
    This program enables a student to earn 2 (two) undergraduate degrees from UPH and RMIT within 3 years.
    • Program available:
      • Management. Degree: S.E & Bachelor of Business (Management)
      • Management. Degree: S.E & Bachelor of Business (Marketing)
      • Accounting. Degree: S.E & Bachelor of Business (Accountancy)
      • Accounting. Degree: S.E & Bachelor of Business (Accountancy)
    • All classes will be conducted at UPH Main Campus, Lippo Karawaci.
    • Fixed tuition fee in IDR.
    • Total credits taken are 144 credits.
    • The students do not need to provide the living cost overseas.
  • What are the requirements to enroll UPH-RMIT Join Degree Program?
    You have to complete the requirements below:
    • RMIT Application Form.
    • ID (KTP/Passport).
    • Copy of legalized Academic Record: Grade 12.
    • Copy of legalized Senior High School National Certificate.
    • Copy of TOEFL IBT with minimum score 550 / IELTS with minimum score 5.5.
    • Copy of IB English Higher Level with minimum score 5.
    • Copy of Paket C or Certificate Equivalency by Indonesia Education Department.
  • What subjects are tested in the Admission Test (USM)?
    It varies for every major. Please find the table below.

  • Can a Prospective Student from social stream in high school applies to Medicine, Food Technology, Electrical Engineering, Informatics, Biotechnology and Civil Engineering?
    No, you can’t.
    Science major in High school is required to enroll those Majors.
  • How if a Prospective Student from School which use combine curriculum between social and science apply to Medicine, Food Technology, Electrical Engineering, Informatics, Biotechnology and Civil Engineering?
    It depends on the subjects and the score from each subject. Please contact our admission staff for further information.
  • Can I transfer my previous credits from other university to UPH?
    It depends on the request, basically the previous University or Institution should have equal of higher Accreditation than majors at UPH and they have to finish second semester in the previous University or Institution.
AFTER YOU APPLY
  • How do I know if I have accepted to study at UPH?
    The admission result will be published in 6-14 working days. You can check the admission result here.
  • What should I do after being accepted to study at UPH?
    • Do the payment before the dateline (based on offering letter).
    • Do the uniform fitting and take photo for UPH Smart Card.
    • Complete the Re-registration Form and the requirements needed. (Form 020/021 attached in Admission Manual Book or download here).
    • Join UPH Festival.
  • When do the uniform fitting and smart card photo session take place?
    The schedule will be available monthly in our website. For August 2014 intake, the schedule will be posted on Feb/Mar 2014.
  • What are the requirements for re-registration?
    The re-registration process take place at Building A, 3rd floor, or contact 021-5460901 ext. 1325/1327.
  • When does the UPH Festival begin? What should I prepare for the UPH Festival?
    Detail about UPH Festival will be available online one month before the event. Please check our website accordingly.
  • Does UPH provide dormitory?
    For further information, please call (021) 5460901 ext 1194/1379/1386.
SCHOLARSHIP
  • Does UPH offer Scholarship Program?
    Yes, it does with the following categories: Academic Achievements, Limited Financial, Arts Achievements and Sport Achievements.
  • What should I do to get the scholarship?
    You can get the scholarship by enroll the scholarship program and complete the documents required based on the type of the scholarship.
  • Is there any discounted fee for sibling who still actively studies at UPH?
    Yes, by submitting the required documents (birth certificate and family card) to finance department and you are eligible to get a 10% discount of Admission Fee (the discount will be applied in term 2) and should be submitted with application for discount sibling form before UPH Festival (august on current year).
  • When is the Scholarship Schedule?

  • What if I’m not passed scholarship program?
    You are automatically accepted in our direct admission (regular program).
  • Could I change major after I get the scholarship?
    No, you can’t.
    If you change your major, the scholarship automatically withdraws and you will move to our regular program.
  • How long the scholarship will be applied?
    The scholarship will be applied for first three semesters and will be reviewed after that by Director of the Faculty.
  • Is there any minimum GPA for Scholarship Program?
    Yes.
  • Is there any bonding for Scholarship Program?
    Yes, there’s a bonding for Platinum Scholarship only (100% applied for 2 years working at Yayasan Pendidikan Pelita Harapan).
