Student Success
Student success is fundamental to the mandate and vision of the university and the specific interest of the Student Development and Spiritual Formation Division. The Student Success department is responsible to develop, coordinate and deliver programs, events and projects designed to improve and enhance the quality of student life and learning for all students at UPH. Special attention is provided for new (first year) students, the commuter student population, and students that require additional learning support to engage in university life or be successful in their studies.
The Student Success office is also responsible to serve as a liaison for parents through provision of a strategic parent’s program and oversee the operation of the university’s student clubs and associations. We offer the support and challenge needed for effective transition to university, through orientation and mentoring (First Year Experience), academic support through the learning resource center, connection with families through parents programs, support and services to commuter programs, and provision for student physical and emotional health and wellness.
