How do I apply to UPH?

There are 2 (two) Entry Options that a Prospective Student can choose:
- Direct Admission (for applicant who applies to all majors exclude Faculty of Medicine). No test is required and assessment is done by reviewing applicant’s High School’s Report Scores.
- Admission Test (for applicant who applies to Faculty of Medicine).
How long the Direct Admission process takes place?

It takes from 7 to 14 working days.
Do I need to take the entrance test?

Yes, if you apply to Faculty of Medicine or if you fail from the Direct Admission process.
What subjects are tested in the Admission Test (USM)?

It varies for every major. Please find the table below.

What is the Admission Center office hour?

Monday-Friday = 8am to 6pm

Saturday = 8am to 12pm
Can a Prospective Student from social stream in high school applies to Medicine, Food Technology, Electrical Engineering, Informatics, Biotechnology and Civil Engineering?

No, you can’t.

Can I submit application for the even semester?

Yes, but not all majors are open the enrollment on the even semester. You can consult with Admission Staff.
Is there any discounted fee for sibling who still actively studies at UPH?

Yes, by submitting the required documents (birth certificate and family card) you are eligible to get a 10% discount for the Admission Fee.
How to get UPH Registration form?

It is available at the Admission Department located in 1st Floor Building D as well as in all UPH network schools. It also can be accessed through Online Admission in www.uph.edu.
Does UPH provide dormitory?

Yes, it’s named MYC Dormitory.
What hospitals are having partnerships with UPH Faculty of Medicine for doing the Co-As?

UPH Affiliated Teaching Hospitals are Siloam Puskesmas, RSPAD Gatot Subroto, RS Darmawangsa, RS Polri Cilandak, RS Daan Mogot and other Community Health Centers.
