Juanna Judith H., SE., MA., Ph.D - Head of Master of Management Program

Judith brings in an extensive experience both in Academia and Industry. She earned her Master degree from University of Hull, England - United Kingdom in the area of Human Resources Management. She was then completed her Ph.D degree from Universiti of North Malaysia in the area of Cross Cultural Management. She holds an executive expertise for conducting Certified Business Counselor for Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) under APEC (Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation) in Indonesia.

Henri received Engineer (Ir.) degree in Electrical Engineering in 1987 from Trisakti University, Jakarta, the Master’s degree in Optoelectronics in 1990 from the University of Indonesia, Jakarta, and Ph.D. degree in Integrated Photonics in 2005 from the University of Twente, The Netherlands.

Enriched with his experience as a professional architect, this graduate from Indonesia Technology Institute (ITI) consistently teaches Construction Management since 1998 and in 2001, he started joining UPH as permanent lecturer at Architecture Department. After acquiring SIBP Arsitek and finished his Master Degree in Civil Engineering at Universitas Indonesia in the year 2000, his research interest toward Fire Safety area was being continued as his Dissertation material at the Doctoral Program of Civil Engineering Universitas Indonesia, fully supported by UPH scholarship.

He holds a doctoral degree in English Language Education from IKIP Malang (now Universitas Negeri Malang) in 1988, with a sandwich program at the State University of New York (SUNY) at Albany (USA) for six months in 1986. He got a Diploma in TESL from the English Language Institute, Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand in 1975 and a BA Honors in English from the same university in 1976. Prior to his teaching appointment at Universitas Pelita Harapan in 2003, he was a lecturer at his first almamater, Satya Wacana University (UKSW) from 1967 to 1999 and at Nagoya University of Commerce and Business Administration (NUCBA) in Nagoya (Japan) from 1999 to 2003.

He received his bachelor degree in Economy from Universitas Sumatera Utara, Medan, in 1973. Sponsored by a state commercial bank in Jakarta, he continued his study towards master’s degree, and he earned Master of Arts from the University of Alabama, USA, in 1985.  Finally he changed his concentration of study into the area of Law, and he earned his Master of Law in 2004 and Doctor of Law in 2007, both from Padjajaran University, Bandung.

Dr. Ir. Adolf J.N. Parhusip, M.Si- Head of Master of Food Technology Program

He completed a bachelor's degree in Agricultural Product Techonolgy Department, Faculty of Agriculture, Chatolic University of St. Thomas, Medan. He continued to pursue a Master (1993) and Doctorate (2000) degrees in Food Science, Institut Pertanian Bogor focusing in Microbiology. Until now, his research publications focus on antimicrobial compounds derived from indigenous plants of Indonesia.
