Speaker: Ir. Tikno Iensufiie, M.Pd., M.A.
He is a lecturer at Faculty of Liberal Arts UPH who teaches Leadership, Character Development, and Learning and Communication Skills classes. He is also working as management consultant, whose books have been published by Erlangga publisher, such as “Sang Profesional” and “Leadership untuk Profesional dan Mahasiswa”.
Summary: Student’s character and maturity in facing the level of being a student is an important thing that determines his/her success in school activity. As someone who guides and leads, a supervising teacher must be equipped with a right decision making technique when faced with a problem caused by the young generation. In this seminar, the speakers will convey to the teachers, how to make decisions and provide advice in terms of the three conditions they are :
  Analytical decision making
  Intuitive decision making
