Through personal counseling sessions, including relevant testing and assessment, students are assisted through increased awareness of t their talents, interests, values, skills, and calling. Review of the career profile analysis is managed in feedback sessions. As a result students are equipped with vocational choices and options and relevant information as a guideline for them to structure their career plan.
