Academic life is not always studying. Students are encouraged to take part in other activities like making new friends, developing new skills and abilities, working as part of the team, learning to set and achieve goals, sharing time and talents, as well as having fun.

During the academic year, the UPH Student Senate sponsors career fairs, and other activities like blood donation, fundraising events, and trainings. We also recognize that each of us has an obligation to the community of which we have chosen to be a part of. Therefore, the senate also conducted community service activities to help developing the community.

Some of the Student Organization activities include:

1. Blood Donation program “For Humanity We Unite” every March and September.
2. Fundraising programs like “Bazaar for Society” in April and December; “UPH Youth for Society” in May; “Charity Night at Benton Junction” in June; “Unity for Yogyakarta” in October
3. Leadership Training for Lentera Harapan high school in October 2006
4. Seminars like “The Mystery of acting that you should know” seminar in February; “Mall Management” seminar in April; “Think outside the Box” seminar in April; “Change Your Business Paradigm!” seminar in August.
5. Road Show 3G Day Campus to Campus event on November.
6. Camping events at Gunung Gede and Gunung Salak.
7. Comparative studies to universities like Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana (UKSW) in Salatiga and Universitas Diponegoro (UNDIP) in Semarang
