  • Scheduling meetings
  • Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments
  • Taking dictation and minutes
  • Doing administration things
  • Doing data management and filing

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any field from a reputable university
  • Demonstrates Spiritual maturity and Godly character
  • Have relevant experiences 2-3 years in related field
  • Have a pleasant personality, problem solver, detail oriented, team player, analytical and strategic skills, computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
  • Proficient in written and oral English
