Job Description:

- Provide high quality of the contact center services

- Provide advice for improvement in division daily operation and program strategies

- Ensure fulfill target % of each leads to applicants and admitted to committed

General Qualifications :

- Male / Female Min. 23 years.

- Preferably S1 from any degree or Diploma from respected field

- Proficient in written and oral English communication

- Have a knowledge of call center activities

- Preferably minimum 1 year in related field / Graduate with organization experience.

- Have a good Communication/Presentation/Persuasion Skill

- Possess a "Godly Character".

- Possess Spiritual Maturity
