"Obtaining this law doctoral degree is a trust for me. Hopefully, this is the beginning I can contribute much to the people and the country, as well as providing international legal knowledge to the FMU. Of course, everyone serves in different talents. I am a trader, not a politician. But I want to be a statesman and it does not have to be a politician, "he said, stating that the fear of God is the beginning of all knowledge.

The Head of Session and Rector of UPH, Dr (HC) Jonathan L. Parapak, M.Eng, Sc acknowledged the results of Theo's research is very interesting for Indonesian law and can be learning for many parties, including university. He assessed the results of the dissertation shows in detail which can be a guide that can be the hand of state law decision-makers.

“Hopefully the science written by Theo can be donated to the country and expectantly it can be implemented to the society. For UPH this is a pride and we hope our graduates can contribute to the alma mater for the betterment of the nation, "he said.

Jonathan acknowledges that currently very limited people who understand deeply the international of treaty law including the basic aspects of the law that Indonesia is certainly needed. For example, whenever there are negotiations with outsiders, Indonesia must have the certainty and firmly position in law.

"That is what UPH is developing, and in our Faculty of Law, we focus on the international law. So what Theo studied is a good input for UPH. We need people like him who have the experience to review and research, let alone bureaucratic or academic approach sometimes lack understanding in the real field issues, so the issue of legal basis needs to be prepared carefully, "he concluded.
