S2 Teknologi Pendidikan – Magister Teknologi Pendidikan UPH

Program S2 Teknologi Pendidikan UPH menawarkan kesempatan untuk terlibat secara intensif dengan bidang pendidikan dalam arti luas. Melalui studi akademis dan praktis, siswa akan mengalami kemajuan teknologi informasi untuk memenuhi tuntutan masyarakat akan personel yang berkualitas, progresif, dan kreatif di berbagai bidang pelatihan pendidikan dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia. Program ini memberikan kursus dalam mengelola institusi pendidikan untuk memenuhi tantangan dalam menyediakan layanan pendidikan berkualitas baik. Lulusan S2 Teknologi Pendidikan UPH akan memperoleh keterampilan dalam mengembangkan teknologi instruksional dalam pendidikan sebagai pelatih yang kompeten (instruktur, guru, dan dosen) dan perencana program, pengembang kurikulum kritis dan kreatif, pengguna informasi dan teknologi yang percaya diri dan efektif, manajer pelatihan yang efisien, dan lembaga pendidikan yang unggul dalam perencanaan strategis. Keterampilan dan kompetensi yang diharapkan secara rinci dari lulusan dijelaskan di bawah konsentrasi Teknologi Pendidikan yang terpisah, yaitu Mereka adalah: Teknologi Pendidikan, Manajemen Pendidikan, Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini, dan Pengajaran Bahasa Inggris Untuk Penutur Bahasa Lain (TESOL).

Master of Education.

The UPH Master of Educational Technology offers an opportunity to engage intensively with the field of education in a broad sense. Through academic and practical studies, students will experience the advancement of information technology to meet society demands for qualified, progressive and creative personnel in diverse areas of educational training and human resource development. This program delivers courses in managing educational institutions to meet the challenge of providing a good quality educational service. Master of Education graduates will acquire skills in developing instructional technology in education as competent trainers (instructors, teachers, and lecturers) and program planners, critical and creative curriculum developers, confident information and technology users and effective, efficient managers of training and educational institutions who excel in strategic planning. Detailed expected skills and competencies of the graduates are described under the separate concentrations of Master of Education, they are: Educational Technology, Educational Management, Early Childhood Education, and Teaching English To Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL).

Prof. Dr. Niko Sudibjo,
S.Psi., M.A., MCP., Psikolog

Head of Master of Education
Niko Sudibjo earned his Bachelor's degree in Psychology (S1) from the Faculty of Psychology at Universitas Airlangga, Surabaya in 1993. After working several years in Surabaya, he continued to pursue his M.A. in Christian Education at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, Texas, USA, and graduated in 1998. Then, in 2010, he got his Doctoral degree in Educational Management from Universitas Negeri Jakarta (a Sandwich Like Program with the University of Victoria, Canada). In 2011, he was funded by the Directorate General of Higher Education, Ministry of National Education in Indonesia to join a program called Better Education through Reformed Management and Universal Teacher Upgrading (BERMUTU) at The Institute of Education, University College London, UK.

Dr. Innocentius Bernarto

Lecturer
Dr. Innocentius Bernarto teaches Metodologi Penelitian (Research Method) course. He joined UPH since 1996 as a full-time lecturer in Business School. His area of expertise includes Marketing Strategy, Brand Management, Marketing Services, and Research Methodology and Statistics. He earned his Bachelor of Civil Engineering (S.T.) from Indonesian Christian University (UKI), Jakarta. Then he earned Master of Management (M.M.) degree from the Catholic University of Atma Jaya Jakarta, in 1996, and Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Administrative Sciences from the University of Indonesia, Jakarta, 2000. His Doctorate (Dr.) in Economics in Business Management specialization was obtained from the University of Padjajaran, Bandung, in 2008. Finally, he earned his Master of Science (M.Sc.) in social science, at the University of Indonesia, Depok, in 2015. He has vast knowledge in data processing using Generalized Structured Component Analysis (GeSCA), SmartPLS, SPSS and AMOS programs. Structural positions that have been held are the Secretary of the Department of Management, Faculty of Economics from 2000-2003. Then, he served as Chair of the Management Department, Faculty of Economics, from 2003-2004 and as Chair of the Master of Management Study Program since 2017.
