Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan UPH Teachers College menyajikan pendidikan yang berpusat kepada Kristus, mengembangkan pembelajaran unggul, holistis, dan transformatif dengan berdasarkan Teologi Reformed guna membentuk guru-guru yang memiliki pengetahuan sejati, iman dalam Kristus, dan karakter ilahi.

Kami berkomitmen mengembangkan guru-guru Kristen yang reflektif, responsif, dan bertanggung jawab dengan standar internasional yang mampu untuk mengajar dalam konteks budaya Indonesia.

Calon guru disiapkan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan & tantangan pendidikan abad 21 dengan pembelajaran transformational yang holistis.

Pembentukan iman dan karakter yang terintegrasi dalam kegiatan akademik dan asrama untuk membangun kerohanian, kepekaan, dan kepedulian di bawah bimbingan dosen, dorm parents/wali dan staf yang berdedikasi.

Kurikulum berstandar internasional berkolaborasi dengan Corban University dan satu-satunya dari Indonesia yang terakreditasi oleh Higher Education Accreditation Program (HEAP) – ACSI.

Kesempatan magang selama 1 tahun pada tahun ke-3 yang dipandu oleh mentor-mentor berpengalaman di sekolah-sekolah YPPH dan mitra UPH sebagai bagian dari program Kampus Merdeka.

Lulusan akan mendapatkan Sertifikat Pendidik Kristen dari ACSI, dengan program studi minor di bidang Theologia.

UPH Teachers College provides a Christ-centered education, developing excellent, holistic, and transformative learning based on Reformed Theology in order to form reflective, responsive, and responsible Christian teachers with international standard, able to teach in the context of Indonesian culture.

UPH Teachers College received accreditation from HEAP ASCI based on whether UPH TC has carried out its role based on Christian beliefs, namely whether the practice of managing, teaching, and mentoring students direct students to carry out God’s mission for the world in the field of education. Thus, it is not only looking at the quality of teaching or science but also the transformation of students’ lives.

This further confirms the quality of UPH Christian education which is based on Biblical Theology and develops a Christian educational philosophy. UPH TC students have the opportunity to get a CEC (Christian Educator Certification) from ACSI, which opens the opportunity to join the international Christian educator community in which collaboration, professional development, and community practice in carrying out Christian education can make them grow even more.
