Holly Felisa, S.TR.PAR. is a Lecturer of Hospitality Management Study Program. She teaches Basic Bread and Pastry Processing, Advanced Bread and Pastry Processing, and Housekeeping and Laundry courses. Her areas of interest include culinary art and patisserie, food production management, and gastronomy. She earned her Diploma IV (S.Tr.Par) Hospitality Management from Universitas Pelita Harapan.
