Virus pada umumnya ditularkan melalui air liur yang dikeluarkan oleh orang yang terjangkit pada saat ia bersin atau batuk. Air liur orang sakit dapat menempel pada benda-benda yang umum kita jumpai di sekeliling kita, misalnya pegangan pintu, pegangan tangga, tombol lift, perangkat digital, alat makan, tisu, gelas, dll., bahkan di tangan orang yang sakit tersebut.<\/p>\n<p>Maka salah satu cara yang paling efektif mencegah penularan virus adalah dengan mencuci tangan segera sesudah bersentuhan dengan benda-benda tersebut. Namun sudahkah kita mencuci tangan dengan benar?<\/p>\n<p>Pada kesempatan kali ini UPH membagikan tips, sesuai arahan Kemenkes, mengacu pada rekomendasi WHO, bagaimana mencuci tangan dengan benar serta hal-hal lain yang dapat dilakukan untuk mencegah penularan virus penyakit.<\/p>\n<p>Semoga tips sederhana ini dapat membantu pencegahan penularan virus penyakit dan menjaga anda dan orang-orang yang anda kasihi supaya tetap sehat dan beraktifitas seperti biasanya.
