Apalagi di saat ini, ketika pandemi Covid-19 melanda seluruh daerah, dan mengharuskan setiap orang melakukan karantina mandiri dan social distancing untuk mereduksi penyebaran virus Covid-19. Namun bisa saja, karantina mandiri dan social distancing memiliki dampak negatif terhadap kesehatan mental, karena kurangnya waktu bersosialisasi dengan teman-teman di sekolah, tidak dapat berkegiatan di luar rumah seperti, olahraga, bermain, atau belajar kelompok, seperti biasanya.<\/p>\n<p>Penjelasan di atas disampaikan dalam Webinar (Web Seminar) yang diadakan Fakultas <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uph.edu\/id\/department\/psychology\"><strong>Psikologi Universitas Pelita Harapan (UPH)<\/strong><\/a> dengan tema ?<em><strong>How to Manage Anxiety During a Pandemic<\/strong><\/em>? dengan mengundang siswa\/I kelas 11 SMA Atisa Dipamkara, 6 Mei 2020 melalui Zoom Meeting. Webinar ini menghadirkan dua pembicara ahli yaitu Wiwit Puspitasari Dewi, M.Psi., Psi. dan Dicky Sugianto, M.Psi., Psi., keduanya dosen sekaligus psikolog klinis dewasa dari Fakultas Psikologi UPH.<\/p>\n<p>Di Webinar ini, Wiwit menjelaskan bahwa rasa cemas berbeda dengan takut. Tanda fisik saat rasa cemas timbul dalam benak manusia yang disertai dengan rasa deg-degan, pusing, tidak dapat berhenti berpikir, dan gejala lainnya. Wiwit juga menambahkan bahwa gejala fisik tersebut dapat dikurangi dengan mencoba tenang dan mengatur nafas perlahan agar tubuh rileks.<\/p>\n<p>Menambahkan Wiwit, Dicky turut membagikan 7 tips praktis dalam menjaga Kesehatan mental selama di rumah saja. Berikut <strong>7 tips<\/strong> yang dapat diterapkan:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Buat jadwal yang pasti<\/strong><br \/>\nPastikan kamu punya jadwal teratur, sebisa mungkin lakukan hal yang sama seperti yang biasanya kita lakukan setiap hari. Mulai dari bangun pagi, sarapan, makan siang, belajar, hingga bermain.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Berpakaian lah seperti kita sedang sekolah<\/strong><br \/>\nPakai seragam selama online learning? Kenapa enggak, justru hal ini bagus, loh dan secara psikologis berpengaruh karena kita dibuat lebih siap dan lebih semangat dalam menjalani hari.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tetap terkoneksi dengan teman-teman<\/strong><br \/>\nJangan lupa untuk tetap menanyakan kabar dari teman-teman tentang bagaimana keadaan mereka sekarang. Sempatkan untuk melakukan video conference, atau sekedar main games bareng. Merayakan ulang tahun lewat online, why not?<\/li>\n<li><strong>Menghabiskan waktu dengan keluarga<\/strong><br \/>\nDengan adanya karantina saat ini membuat kita bisa melakukan hobi kita yang selalu tertunda. Kamu bisa masak bareng Mama dan mencoba resep-resep baru, bisa juga mengerjakan hobi menggambar, atau membuat kerajinan tangan bersama dengan keluarga. Ini bisa menjadi aktivitas yang seru!<\/li>\n<li><strong>Jangan malas, olahraga dan jaga makanan!<\/strong><br \/>\nYuk, jangan mager alias males gerak! Selama karantina mungkin badan kita menjadi kaku dan cenderung lemas, tapi dengan berolahraga kita bisa merenggangkan tubuh supaya lebih fit. Selain itu, tidur yang cukup minimal 8 jam sangat membantu untuk kita lebih sehat.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Saring lagi infomasi atau berita yang tidak akurat<\/strong><br \/>\nJangan dibuat stress dengan adanya pemberitaan yang kurang akurat. Usahakan tetap mencari info-info dari sumber terpercaya untuk menghindari rasa cemas.
