Berbeda dengan kegiatan sebelumnya, yang lebih ditujukan untuk komunitas&nbsp; eksternal, &nbsp;kali ini kegiatan ditujukan untuk para pekerja <em>outsourcing <\/em>di lingkungan kampus UPH. Sekitar 95 peserta, ambil bagian dalam pelatihan ini, diantaranya <em>security<\/em>, <em>office boy<\/em>, <em>gardener<\/em>, dan <em>maintenance<\/em>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 115%;\">Sebelum melakukan kegiatan ini, SLC terlebih dulu melakukan survei, untuk mengetahui kebutuhan dari para <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 115%;\">pekerja <em>outsourcing<\/em><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 115%;\">. Hasilnya, banyak diantara mereka yang menyampaikan kebutuhan untuk &nbsp;pengembangan diri yang dapat berdampak langsung terhadap kinerja sehari-hari. Dari hasil survei, SLC memutuskan untuk mengadakan kegiatan dalam bentuk training, dengan topik ?Manajemen Waktu &amp; Motivasi Kerja? dan ?Komunikasi Bahasa Inggris?.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 115%;\">Untuk pelatihannya sendiri, panitia menggandeng orang-orang yang kompeten di bidangnya, seperti,&nbsp; Ibu Kristina Untari Setiawan, M.M., dosen Bahasa Inggris dari Faculty of Liberal Arts, 25 mahasiswa International Teachers College (ITC) dan 15 mahasiswa <em>Teacher College<\/em>. Sedangkan pelatihan ?Manajemen Waktu dan Motivasi Kerja? dibawakan oleh dosen dari <em>Business School, <\/em>&nbsp;Ibu Yohana F. Cahya Palupi Meilani, M.Si., dan &nbsp;Radityo Fajar Arianto, MBA. Dalam sesi tersebut, ada juga materi yang disampaikan oleh seorang asisten dosen, yakni Bu Allecia Helery.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 115%;\">Respon peserta selama mengikuti acara ini sangat baik. ini terlihat dari keseriusan dan keaktifan peserta. Panitia juga berharap, apa yang diperoleh dapat dipraktekkan dalam aktivitas para pekerja <\/span><em><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 115%;\">outsourcing<\/span><\/em><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 115%;\"> sehari-hari, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas dirinya melalui beragam keahlian dan talenta yang dapat dikembangkan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; vertical-align: baseline;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Adapun pelaksana kegiatan ini adalah para mahasiswa semester 1 dan 2 yang tergabung dalam <em>Service Learning Community (SLC)<\/em>. Komunitas ini sendiri sudah ada sejak 2006, namun mulai resmi berdiri pada tahun 2014 dengan tujuan untuk membentuk karakter positif melalui kepekaan terhadap <span style=\"border: 1pt none windowtext; padding: 0in;\">lingkungan, menyelesaikan masalah-masalah yang terjadi di komunitas, mengembangkan ketrampilan berkomunikasi dan bekerja sama, melakukan negosiasi, serta mendapatkan banyak pembelajaran praktis lainnya yang akan mempertajam kemampuan interpersonal dari mahasiswa tersebut.
