Salah satu topik&nbsp; yang disampaikan dalam kesempatan ini adalah ?<em>Be a Great Marketer&nbsp; in FMCG Through Sistematic Thinking<\/em>? &nbsp;yang dibawakan&nbsp; oleh <em>Senior Brand Manager<\/em> Mayora M.T. Assyaukani<\/span><\/div>\n<\/td>\n<td style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><span style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mengawali pemaparannya mengenai kiat-kiat menjadi seorang marketer yang baik, Assyaukani memberikan fakta bahwa banyak kampanye yang ada di Indonesia dengan lebih dari 100 kampanye, ternyata yang efektif hanya sekitar 10%. Untuk itu melalui <\/span><em style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sharing Session<\/em><span style=\"text-align: justify;\"> ini, bagi Assyaukani menjadi kesempatan baik untuk berbagi informasi apa saja yang diperlukan untuk menjadi seorang marketer yang baik. ?Inti<\/span><span style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp; <\/span><span style=\"text-align: justify;\">dari <\/span><em style=\"text-align: justify;\">marketing communications<\/em><span style=\"text-align: justify;\"> adalah apa yang ingin dibicarakan dan bagaimana cara mengatakannya, terlebih untuk membuat kampanye yang berdampak harus menggabungkan cara yang <\/span><em style=\"text-align: justify;\">impactful <\/em><span style=\"text-align: justify;\">dengan cara yang <\/span><em style=\"text-align: justify;\">beautiful. <\/em><span style=\"text-align: justify;\">Untuk itu seorang marketer perlu memiliki pemahaman yang baik terkait tantangan, mampu berpikir sistematis, dan menampilkan kampanye dengan cara yang bagus dan menarik,? Jelas Assyaukani. Assyaukani juga memberikan tiga kunci untuk memahami langkah menjadi seorang marketing yang baik, yaitu CRP atau <\/span><em style=\"text-align: justify;\">Competitive Set<\/em><span style=\"text-align: justify;\">, <\/span><em style=\"text-align: justify;\">Route to Grow<\/em><span style=\"text-align: justify;\"> , <\/span><em style=\"text-align: justify;\">Product Lifecycle<\/em><span style=\"text-align: justify;\">. Assya kemudian juga memberikan contoh kasus kampanye produk Energen dengan pesan kunci ?Sarapan Sehat S&shy;&shy;&shy;&shy;ebelum jam 9?. Seluruh langkah-langkah efektif dalam persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan dampak setelah kampanye dipaparkan oleh Assyaukani dalam sesinya.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table><\/div>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Selain topik tersebut, masih ada dua topik lainnya yang dibahas dalam kelas ini yaitu <em>Crisis Communication<\/em> oleh Eduard Depari dosen Ilmu Komunikasi UPH yang juga seorang praktisi PR dan ?Tantangan dan&nbsp; Kompetensi Praktisi Komunikasi di Era Digital? oleh Leonard Agustinus dari Kapanlagi <em>Network<\/em> yang menjelaskan mengenai Tantangan dan Kempetensi Praktisi Komunikasi Di Era Digital.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>\n<table>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><em><span style=\"line-height: 115%;\">Crisis Communication<\/span><\/em><span style=\"line-height: 115%;\"> menurut Eduard adalah upaya atau tindakan komunikasi yang dibutuhkan untuk membentuk suatu persepsi dalam upaya meningkatkan kepercayaan dari publik kepada organisasi yang mengalami krisis. &nbsp;?Krisis itu sendiri adalah masalah komunikasi, karena apapun penyebab dari krisis akan menciptakan tingkat ketidakpastian yang sangat tinggi karena tidak diketahui kapan dan akhir dari suatu krisis, dan bagaimana langkah terbaik menyelesaikan krisis,? Jelas Eduard. Eduard juga mengingatkan perusahaan yang mampu mengatasi krisisnya dengan baik akan menciptakan peluang yang menguntungkan perusahaannya<\/span>. Diakhir paparannya, Leo juga menyampaikan pesan kepada mahasiswa bahwa lima hal yang harus menjadi perhatian utama yaitu mengetahui tujuan kita terjun di dunia digital, tidak pernah berhenti belajar, selalu mengerjakan ekstra atau <\/span><em style=\"text-align: justify;\">do extra-mile<\/em><span style=\"text-align: justify;\">,<\/span><span style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp; <\/span><span style=\"text-align: justify;\">memiliki prilaku dan sikap yang beretika, dan mulai dari sekarang.
