Program ini memberikan kesempatan kepada setiap siswa untuk mengembangkan kemampuan kepemimpinan dan meningkatkan ketertarikan di bidang bisnis. Dalam sesi kedua ini Daned menjelaskan bahwa dalam bisnis hal yang terpenting adalah <em>value<\/em>. <em>Value<\/em> tidak melulu berkaitan dengan materi atau uang tetapi juga hal lain seperti manfaat, pelayanan dan lain-lain. <em>Value<\/em> diberikan oleh <em>consumer<\/em> terhadap produk\/jasa yang ia dapatkan. Ini dimengerti sebagai <em>Consumer Perceived Value<\/em> (CPV), yaitu perbedaan dalam pandangan konsumen mengenai keseluruhan manfaat dan biaya yang harus diberikan dalam membeli atau menggunakan suatu produk dan dibandingkan dengan produk lain yang menjadi alternatifnya. ?Oleh karena itu penting bagi pebisnis untuk menciptakan nilai yang diinginkan untuk <em>consumer<\/em> pikirkan tentang produknya,? tambah Danet. Di hari kedua, 15 Juli 2015, peserta akan mengunjungi Maxx Coffee dan Cinemaxx untuk belajar langsung tentang bisnis dalam perusahaan tersebut, mereka juga diberikan kesempatan untuk belajar menjadi <em>barista<\/em>, membuat kopi di maxx coffee.
