Hospitality Management Student Association (HMMP) UPH presented table manner: ?Proper Etiquette? event on Wednesday 26 March 2014 at Building D 1<\/span><\/span>st<\/span><\/span><\/sup> floor. The event took place from 17.00 ? 19.00 and was open for public.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

 <\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
\n
 <\/span><\/span>Through the table manner event, HMMP UPH was organized to give lessons to the audience concerning the proper table manner as well as socialize eating ethics. Other than that, HMMP UPH also aims to show and share what they learn in class to the audience.<\/span><\/div>\n

 <\/div>\n
 <\/span>The food provided in this event was made by two cooking clubs from UPH Hospitality students namely Baker and Pattisier and Gastronomy Club, ?We should recruit a few people from outside, the ones who are not hospitality hotel to help us be servers during the events.? Explained Seraphine Alice, head of HMMP UPH.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

 <\/span>The event was quite crowded with 41 people from various faculties such as Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, DKV, Law, and Interior Design. Not only did UPH students attended this event but also students from other campuses like Prasetiya Mulya.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
\n
 <\/div>\n
 <\/span>?The event went great, we were all well prepared and focused to the work. We were committed to do our best. Fortunately, the participants were satisfied remembering that students from other faculties does not study this stuff. So, it?s interesting to learn.? Said Winnie Tamara, one of the member of Baker and Pattisier when asked to give testimony about her part in the event.
