Acara ini diselenggarakan pada hari Jumat, 9 Mei 2014 di Multi Purpose Room, MYC, pukul 10.00-12.00.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Lebih dari 70 profesional Human Resources (HR) dari 40 perusahaan yang tergabung dalam partner industri UPH, hadir dalam acara ini, diantaranya Lippo Group, PT. Mitra AdiPerkasa, EF English First, PT. XM Gravitasi Digital, Orang Tua Group, dan masih banyak lagi. Acara yang diselenggarakan oleh Alumni dan Corporate Relations Department ini bertujuan untuk membekali para peserta dalam tugasnya melakukan perekrutan dan pengembangan karier di perusahaannya masing-masing. Untuk itu panitia mengundang dua pembicara yang sudah tidak asing di bidang human resources yaitu Achmad Suastarko Putro, Senior HR di PT. Mondelez Indonesia dan <span>Bernadette<\/span><span>Themas<\/span><span>, Vice President dan Managing Director Kelly Services<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Dalam pidato pembukaan, Budi T. Yuwono, mewakili Rektor UPH, mengapresiasi dukungan perusahaan-perusahaan yang selama ini bermitra dengan UPH, baik dalam program kerja prakter, magang dan rekrutmen. ?Kami menyadari betul bahwa suksesnya suatu uiversitas tidak lepas dari perang didunia industri, oleh sebab itu kami menekankan kerjasama dengan perusahaan untuk program magang dan untuk lulusan kami. Jika pekerjaan yang digelutinya dirasa tidak sesuai dengan <i>passion-<\/i>nya, mereka akan dengan mudah keluar dari perusahaan tersebut. Oleh karena itu banyak dari mereka yang memilih menjadi entrepreneur,? jelas Bernadette. PT. Mondeles Indonesia sendiri juga mempekerjakan generasi Y sebanyak 73 % dari total pekerja. Achmad percaya kepada <i>young talents <\/i>karena merekalah <i>future leader <\/i>kita. Mondelez Indonesia sendiri sudah menerapkan sistem kerja yang sesuai dengan karakteristik generasi Y seperti menyediakan program <i>coaching for grow,<\/i> dimana setiap mentor akan mebantu membimbing generasi Y dengan perlakuan yang sejajar, karena kecenderungan generasi Y yang tidak suka dengan pemimpin yang otoriter. Kemudian terdapat <i>fast tract program<\/i> seperti iLead untuk mempercepat jenjang karir mereka, serta <i>game room <\/i>dan <i>gym <\/i>untuk membuat pekerja merasa nyaman bekerja dikantor?, jelas Achmad. Ia juga menekankan bahwa jangan sampai timbul <i>stereotyping <\/i>dilingkungan kerja karena perbedaan generasi ini, melainkan perlu saling memahami dan mendukung diantara generasi.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><span>&nbsp;<\/span> <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Diakhir sesi, Bernadette juga mengingatkan bahwa generasi Y kelak akan menjadi <i>leader<\/i> selanjutnya, oleh sebab itu mereka harus diarahkan untuk <i>explore<\/i> sebanyak-banyaknya, serta selalu berpegang pada visi yang akan menjadi tujuan dalam berkarir?.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Melalui acara ini para peserta dapat saling sharing dan bertukar informasi serta menajalin relasi diantara HR dari berbagai perusahaan.
