In need of having qualified human resources is increasingly required since the industry world keeps developing. This happens to Nobu Bank and Lippo Karawaci Tbk as the two well-known national private companies in Indonesia.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

UPH Business School accepted the request from these two industry partners in order to provide qualified workplaces for their graduates. This cooperation was stated in MOU that was signed on Monday, 14th<\/sup> April 2014 at Multipurpose Room in UPH Campus, Tangerang. This was witnessed by leaders for each institution, such as Nobu Bank is represented by Suhaimin Djohan as the President Director, Januar Angkawijaya as the Director, Migi Trisnadi as the IT and Operation Director, Lippo Group Corporate is represented by Toto Bartholomeus as the Director, PT. Lippo Karawaci, Tbk is represented by Mario Audris Gunawan as the Corporate Recruitment Manager, and Jahja Sunarta as the Senior Talent Acquisition and Development Manager, and Grace Salim as the Director of UPH Business School.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Based on this cooperation, Nobu Bank and PT. Lippo Karawaci, Tbk will conduct a selection and recruitment process periodically for UPH graduates and also provide internship program opportunity for students who are on their final semester. There are also possible chances for students who take internship program to be recruited in the industry itself. <\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

These two industry partners put their high hopes on UPH graduates as they believe that UPH graduates are not well prepared to have knowledge and skills only but also good developing character. This was stated by Suhaimin Djohan as the President Director of Nobu Bank ?There are two things that I have noticed from UPH Alumni. They are not well prepared in terms of knowledge only but also they have been developed in good character. Therefore, when they enter the workplace for the very first time, they are becoming more prepared. We have witnessed this by having previous UPH alumni that work with us in Nobu Bank before.”<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

?UPH has a good education system which gives good results. Basically, UPH students are very talented people and with the developing process in UPH, they are becoming more prepared. Even though that they are fresh graduates, but they have an incredible work spirit.? added Suhaimin.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Based on this cooperation, they are hoping that UPH can be the source of talented people for industry partners. ?In terms of human resources, we need good source. If we already find a good source of talented people, it will be much easier for us to shape these talented people. We need to shape our workers with three main things which are professionalism, skill and attitude, and character. All UPH graduates have fulfilled two out of the three criteria, which are knowledge and character, and we will equip them with added skills.? said Suhaimin.<\/span><\/p>\n

All the fresh graduates that participated in this internship program will benefit from better treatment, such as a short and quick recruitment process, a better position offer as normally they would be participating in Management Trainee Program, and also for more better compensation.<\/span><\/p>\n
