Tahun ini, Standard Chartered Bank menawarkan lowongan <i>management trainee<\/i> untuk <i>international graduates, <\/i>namun hal ini tidak menutup kemungkinan bagi lulusan dari kelas reguler untuk bergabung dengan perusahaan ini.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Pada tahun ini pula, Standard Chartered Bank menerapkan sistem perekrutan yang baru ? <i>Online Assessment. <\/i>Dalam sistem ini, para pelamar menyerahkan CV\/<i>resume <\/i>dan melakukan proses seleksi secara online. Sedangkan <i>interview <\/i>dilaksanakan secara tatap muka.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Sejumlah 20 calon wisudawan dan alumni UPH yang berminat untuk bekerja di Standard Chartered menghadiri OCR yang diadakan pada 18 Oktober 2013 lalu. Bertempat di gedung D UPH, seluruh peserta mendapatkan informasi mengenai perusahaan dan melakukan <i>online assessment <\/i>serta sesi interview.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Menurut <i>Head of Career Center <\/i>UPH Dharamanita Kusumaningrum<i>, <\/i>yang membedakan OCR di UPH dengan kampus lain adalah perekrutan di kampus UPH ditawarkan secara khusus hanya untuk mahasiswa dan alumni UPH. Ia juga menyampaikan bahwa walaupun secara kuantitas, jumlah lulusan UPH yang bekerja di perusahaan partner UPH masih harus ditingkatkan lagi, sampai saat ini perusahaan merasa senang dan puas dengan kualitas lulusan UPH yang bekerja di perusahaan mereka. Menanggapi respon perusahaan, <i>Career Center <\/i>UPH berencana untuk mengadakan <i>Career Day <\/i>untuk OCR tahun depan. <i>Career Day <\/i>rencananya akan diadakan selama 2-3 hari dan bekerja sama dengan fakultas, dimana <i>Career Center <\/i>akan mengelompokkan perusahaan-perusahaan pada bidang studi tertentu di fakultas, dengan harapan para lulusan dapat bekerja sesuai dengan bidang mereka masing-masing.
