Lippo Karawaci, Tbk. Di awal sesinya ia menyampaikan media yang umumnya dipakai perusahaan untuk mencari karyawan. ?Kalau dulu pelamar yang mendatangi perusahaan, sekarang perusahaan yang menjemput bola. Kami mendatangi kampus-kampus yang memiliki reputasi baik untuk mendapatkan tenaga-tenaga yang berkualitas,? kata Jahja. Maksudnya kemukakan keunggulan yang kita miliki. Untuk fresh graduate misalnya menginformasikan nilai-nilai positif yang dimiliki. Kedua, create a career objective, yaitu tuliskan visi dan passion anda. Ketiga, list keahlian yang anda miliki yang relevan dengan bidang yang akan dilamar. Keempat, buat daftar kegiatan yang pernah anda ikuti. Kelima, buat latarbelakang pendidikan yang jelas, lengkap asal universitas, fakultas, jurusan, peminatan dan IPK anda. Keeman, buat list prestasi yang pernah diraih, akan lebih baik kalau prestasi itu berhubungan dengan bidang pekerjaan yang akan dilamar. Di akhir sesi para peserta yang berasal dari berbagai fakultas dan jurusan ini menyampaikan pertanyaan terkait dengan tips maupun lowongan yang saat ini ada di perusahaan Grup Lippo.
