Kerjasama internasional telah menjadi trend baru di abad 21, baik itu di pola G to G (Government to Government ? Pemerintahan ke Pemerintahan), Pemerintahan ke Non-Pemerintahan, dan sebagainya. Trend ini menyebabkan ratusan kerjasama internasional bermunculan di berbagai belahan dunia dan melibatkan hampir setiap negara yang ada. Ironisnya, banyak kerjasama masih tidak bisa meningkatkan kualitas hidup penduduknya. Salah satu alasannya adalah banyak kerjasama internasional memiliki banyak anggota sehingga sulit untuk memenuhi keinginan semua anggotanya. Alasan lainnya adalah apa yang dibahas para diplomat di dalam forum biasanya tidak sejalan dengan kebijakan pemerintahan mereka. <\/span>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Open Government Partnership (OGP ? Kerjasama Pemerintahan Terbuka) adalah kerjasama multilateral antara pemerintah dan masyarakat yang saat ini sedang berkembang. Tujuan dari OGP adalah untuk menciptakan pemerintahan yang lebih bisa dipertanggungjawabkan, aktif dan inovatif dalam melayani masyarakatnya. Dengan keanggotaan yang saat ini berjumlah 60 negara dan terus berkembang, OGP adalah kerjasama multilateral pertama yang dapat menemukan solusi efektif untuk membuat pemerintah lebih efektif dan responsif, terutama dalam bidang penggunaan teknologi dan fungsi strategis kerjasama antara pemerintahan dan masyarakat. Pada intinya, OGP adalah ?diplomasi yang tidak biasa? dalam pelaksanaan kerjasama internasional. <\/span>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Model Open Government Partnership merupakan replika dari pertemuan dan operasional Open Government Partnership. Pengadaan simulasi pertamanya untuk jenis kerjasama ini, dan dapat dikatakan juga pertama di dunia, diselenggarakan secara penuh oleh Open Government Indonesia ? OGI Secretariat (Sekretariat Pemerintahan Terbuka Indonesia). Sebagai penyelenggaranya, OGI Secretariat memiliki tujuan untuk memperkenalkan para remaja, baik di Indonesia maupun luar Indonesia, akan rencana dan tujuan dari inisiatif <i>open government<\/i> secara umum dan di saat yang sama juga memperkenalkan perubahan tata cara kerjasama internasional. Merupakan bagian dari misi kami untuk memberikan kesempatan kepada para remaja untuk memahami signifikansi dan keterlibatan dalam <i>open government<\/i> karena merekalah yang akan menjadi generasi selanjutnya untuk meneruskan pemerintahan di masa depan nanti.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Dalam kesempatan ini, Unit Kerja Presiden Bidang Pengawasan dan Pengendalian Pembangunan ? UKP4 bersama dengan Universitas Pelita Harapan mengadakan <i>roadshow <\/i>yang dihadiri oleh ratusan mahasiswa. <i>Roadshow <\/i>dibuka dengan video yang menggambarkan keterbukaan dan transparasi kegiatan pemerintahan. Setelah itu, <i>roadshow <\/i>dilanjutkan dengan diskusi mengenai keterbukaan di kampus. Hasil dari diskusi ini digunakan oleh Jourdan (UKP4) untuk membimbing mahasiswa membuat presentasi mereka tentang apa itu transparasi dan mengapa perlu bergabung dengan MOGP.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 115%;\">Dengan bergabung dalam MOGP, mahasiswa akan mengalami situasi <i>real <\/i>dalam kerjasama internasional.
