Perasaan kesal bisa menyebabkan gangguan awal pada seseorang. ?Ketika beberapa kekesalan terjadi, itu bisa menimbulkan suasana hati tidak bahagia,?&nbsp; kata Dr. Phyllis Prout, seorang pakar psikologi klinik, dalam seminar yang diadakan Fakultas Psikologi UPH, Selasa (20 Maret 2013) dengan tema ?Memahami dan Mengelola Depresi: Menghidupi Hidup Berkelimpahan.? &#8220;Ketika ketidakbahagiaan terus ada bersama kita, kita mungkin akan merasa putus asa,&#8221; tambahnya. Hal ini dapat mengarah kepada awal depresi.<\/p>\n<p>Menurut Prout, untuk mengatasinya kondisi seperti itu, kita harus dapat mengelola suasana hati. ?mengelola suasana hati atau menjalani hidup yang berkelimpahan seperti yang dikatakan Tuhan Yesus adalah sesuatu yang dapat kita lakukan,&#8221; jelasnya. Untuk mengalahkan kesedihan, ia memberikan resep ?SPICE.?&nbsp; Yaitu Abbreviation of spiritual (kognitif spiritual), Physical (fisik), Interpersonal (hubungan dengan sesama), Cognitive (cara berfikir), dan Emotional (perasaan).<br \/><span id=\"result_box\" lang=\"id\"><\/span><\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div><span id=\"result_box\" lang=\"id\"><span>Spiritual<\/span> <span>berarti<\/span> hidup dipimpin&nbsp;<span>Roh Allah<\/span><span>.<\/span> Termasuk dalam beribadah, bermasyarakat, pelayanan dan akuntabilitas kita. Untuk mengelola suasana hati<span>,<\/span> <span>sebagai<\/span> <span>bagian dari masyarakat<\/span><span>,<\/span> <span>kita tidak<\/span> <span>harus<\/span> <span>memisahkan<\/span> <span>diri dari orang lain<\/span><span>.<\/span> <span>&#8220;<\/span><span>Jika kita<\/span> <span>menjadi<\/span> <span>serigala di tengah manusia<\/span><span>,<\/span> kita ada dalam bahaya<span>,<\/span><span>&#8220;<\/span> <span>katanya<\/span><span>.<\/span> <span>Mewujudkan misi<\/span> kita&nbsp;<span>dalam hidup bisa menjadi salah satu cara mengelola suasana hati.&nbsp;<\/span><span>Untuk mewujudkan<\/span> <span>hal ini<\/span><span>,<\/span> <span>kita harus<\/span> <span>mencari tahu<\/span> <span>apa yang<\/span> <span>Tuhan ingin kita<\/span> <span>lakukan dalam hidup<\/span><span>.<\/span> <span>Akuntabilitas<\/span> <span>mengacu pada<\/span> <span>orang-orang yang<\/span> <span>mendorong kita<\/span> <span>ke garis finish<\/span><span>.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div><span id=\"result_box\" lang=\"id\"><span>Dalam<\/span> <span>aspek fisik<\/span><span>,<\/span> <span>kita harus<\/span> <span>sehat<\/span><span>.<\/span> <span>Berolahraga<\/span><span>,<\/span> <span>pola makan<\/span><span>,<\/span> <span>dan istirahat<\/span> <span>adalah beberapa<\/span> <span>cara yang dapat dilakukan<\/span><span>.<\/span> <span>Aspek interpersonal<\/span> <span>memungkinkan<\/span> <span>kita tahu<\/span> <span>bahwa kita<\/span> <span>milik bersama<\/span><span>.<\/span> Seseorang membutuhkan hubungan dengan orang lain&nbsp;<span>untuk <\/span><span>mempertahankan<\/span> <span>suasana hati<\/span><span>.<\/span> <span>Dalam aspek<\/span> <span>kognitif<\/span><span>,<\/span> <span>orang perlu<\/span> <span>untuk mengevaluasi<\/span> <span>pikiran<\/span><span>.<\/span> <span>Pikiran negatif<\/span> <span>harus<\/span> <span>dihindari karena<\/span> <span>sering<\/span> <span>tidak benar<\/span> <span>dan<\/span> <span>menjebak<\/span> <span>kita ke dalam<\/span> <span>perasaan<\/span> <span>rendah<\/span><span>.<\/span> <span>&#8220;<\/span><span>Cara<\/span> <span>kita berpikir<\/span> <span>mengarah ke<\/span> <span>cara kita merasa<\/span><span>,<\/span><span>&#8220;<\/span> <span>Prout mengingatkan<\/span><span>.<\/span> <span>Aspek emosional<\/span> <span>memungkinkan<\/span> <span>kita untuk<\/span> <span>memahami<\/span> <span>perasaan<\/span><span>.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div><span id=\"result_box\" lang=\"id\"><span>Depresi<\/span><span>,<\/span> <span>meskipun sering<\/span> <span>tidak diakui<\/span> <span>atau disadari<\/span><span>,<\/span> <span>adalah penyakit serius<\/span><span>.<\/span> <span>Ini bukan hanya<\/span> <span>merasa sedih<\/span> <span>atau<\/span> <span>&#8220;murung<\/span><span>.<\/span><span>&#8220;<\/span> <span>Orang-orang<\/span> <span>dengan depresi<\/span> <span>merasa sulit<\/span> <span>untuk melakukan<\/span> <span>kehidupan sehari-hari<\/span> <span>mereka<\/span><span>.<\/span> <span>Bahkan<\/span><span>,<\/span> <span>Organisasi Kesehatan<\/span> <span>Dunia<\/span> menempatkan depresi <span>sebagai<\/span> <span>penyebab<\/span>&nbsp;<span>kecacatan<\/span><span>.<\/span> <span>Depresi<\/span> <span>disebabkan<\/span> <span>oleh dua<\/span> <span>aspek<\/span><span>,<\/span> <span>stres<\/span> <span>dan aspek<\/span> <span>genetika<\/span><span>.<\/span> <span>Beberapa<\/span> <span>risiko yang<\/span> <span>dapat menyebabkan<\/span> <span>depresi<\/span> <span>meliputi<\/span> <span>faktor<\/span> <span>keluarga<\/span><span>,<\/span> <span>faktor<\/span> <span>situasional<\/span><span>,<\/span> <span>faktor fisik<\/span><span>,<\/span> <span>dan faktor<\/span> <span>kimia<\/span><span>.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div><span id=\"result_box\" lang=\"id\"><span>Untuk<\/span> dapat <span>membantu seseorang<\/span> yang <span>depresi<\/span><span>,<\/span> <span>seseorang harus<\/span> <span>memahami bahwa pemulihan membutuhkan bantuan<\/span><span>.
