(kiri) dan John Riady.<br \/><\/span><\/td>\n<td><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Pierre Sauv? menjelaskan bagaimana penyisipan huruf ?D? di tengah &#8220;DDA &#8211; the Doha Development Agenda&#8221; (Agenda Pengembangan Doha), telah menaikkan baik ekspetasi, perkembangan nyata maupun negosiasi rumit secara signifikan.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>&nbsp;<\/td>\n<td>&nbsp;<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td colspan=\"2\">\n<p>Pierre Sauv?, Wakil Direktur Pelaksana dan Direktur Penelitian dari Institut Perdagangan Dunia (<i>World Trade Institute <\/i>atau WTI) memberikan kuliah umum untuk mahasiswa hukum UPH pada hari Jumat, 7 Oktober 2011. <span>Kuliah ini mendiskusikan tentang fenomena perdagangan global yang melibatkan tidak hanya negara-negara kaya tapi juga negara yang sedang berkembang.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Fenomena ini membawa suatu masalah global di mana tidak ada kesetaraan untuk semua negara perihal peraturan perdagangan. ?Haruskah kita memiliki peraturan yang dapat diberlakukan ke semua negara tanpa melihat tingkat kekayaannya? <\/span><span>Haruskah kita memperlakukan Indonesia seperti kita memperlakukan Amerika Serikat? Haruskah kita memperlakukan Sudan seperti kita memperlakukan Indonesia? Apakah semuanya terlahir dengan kapasitas yang sama untuk menjalankan peraturan ini? Apa satu ukuran bisa cocok untuk semua,? jelas Sauv? tentang fenomena yang sedang terjadi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Pada akhir diskusi, Sauv? mendorong para peserta untuk mendukung perdagangan. ?Jangan berpikiran negatif, tapi tetap buka matamu,? saran Sauv? dalam menghadapi perusahaan asing.
