Untuk menilai dua hal ini, jurusan perhotelan mengundang beberapa perwakilan dari seluruh fakultas dan staff UPH untuk mencicipi dan menilai kue dan roti yang disajikan.<\/p>\n<p>?Ini akan membuat penilaian menjadi lebih adil. Kami juga ingin memperlihatkan kemampuan dan kreatifitas mahasiswa dalam memanggang,? katanya.<\/p>\n<p>Ujian yang mengambil tempat pada hari Rabu (6\/05) sampai hari Jumat (8\/05) ini mempertandingkan 6 tim untuk mendapatkan nilai terbaik dari para juri. Terdapat berbagai kue dan roti yang disajikan dengan tema berbeda-beda dari setiap tim.<\/p>\n<p>Salah satu mahasiswa mengatakan timnya memerlukan tiga hari untuk menyelesaikan pembuatan dan dekorasi lima jenis kue dan roti yang berbeda. Mereka juga harus membatasi pembelian bahan dengan dana yang disediakan yaitu 1,6 juta per timnya.<\/p>\n<p>Pameran dan ujian ini diadakan tiap tahun oleh Jurusan Manajemen Perhotelan STPPH, ?Tiap tahun pameran ini menunjukkan peningkatana.
