A.B. Susanto, Jonathan L. Parapak, and Mooryati Soedibyo are discussing about Leadpreneurship<\/p>\n
?Shared vision is important for an organization. That is what really drives the organization,? said Universitas Pelita Harapan?s Rector, Jonathan L. Parapak, in a talkshow about leadpreneurship held in Times Bookstore, Lippo Karawaci. <\/p><\/div>\n
In the talkshow, Parapak pointed out that it is necessary for entrepreneurs to share the organization?s vision to their employees, in order to improve the development of the organization.<\/p>\n

Parapak was accompanied by The Managing Partner The Jakarta Consulting Group, A.B. Susanto, also the Founder and Leader of Mustika Ratu Group, Mooryati Soedibyo. <\/p>\n
<\/div>\n
The talkshow was a part of A.B. Susanto?s book launching, entitled Leadpreneurship: Rahasia Bertahan di Tengah Krisis. ?Aside from having the knowledge and skill of an entrepreneur, we should have the quality of a leader. This integration is called leadpreneurship,? he said.<\/p>\n

The book is aimed to bring awareness to entrepreneurs that they should also focus on being leaders. An entrepreneur without leadership skill cannot publicize their creative ideas, while a leader without the creativity of an entrepreneur will never succeed.<\/p>\n
<\/div>\n
Susanto asserted, leadpreneurship make leaders who have the ability to sell creative ideas to improve the organization. He believes this combination is potential in facing the global crisis.<\/p>\n
<\/div>\n
Susanto completed Parapak?s statement, saying that an organization should not just share the vision, but also to live the vision. He stated that this is the task for a leadpreneur.<\/p>\n
<\/div>\n
?The effectivity of a leadpreneur is measured by his ability to inspire people around them with hope, faith, and bravery,? Susanto said.<\/p>\n
<\/div>\n
Meanwhile, Mooryati Soedibyo also commented about sharing and living the vision. She admitted that her organization can be successful up to today because all her employees work based on the vision.<\/p>\n
