Faculty of LAW offers the following concentrations in both English and Bahasa. Each concentration requires students to complete a total of 144 credit units [sks].
Areas of Specialization
Business Law caters to students pursuing a career in the broad area of corporate law. The curriculum combines strong fundamental theory with practice and research in many fields. The challenging courses include Commercial Law, Banking Law, Intellectual Property Rights, and a wide range of specific courses, including Capital Market, Bankruptcy Law, Contract Law, Consumer Protection Law.
This concentration offers comprehensive international law courses to equip students to pursue careers as lawyers with international standards and diplomats. The curriculum equips students with skills and knowledge related to various international law issues such as International Public Law, International Trade Law, International Treaties,
along with other challenging subjects.
This program is thoughtfully constructed to provide extensive and rigorous training for students pursuing a career in litigation and other legal professions.
