UPH Architecture provides students with fundamental knowledge and architectural skills through explorative design in in responding to the the rapid progression of technology and the the on-going cultural changes Within an intensive four-year program our our academic agendas are focus on how to see structure buildings and and cities as as one continuous and and inter-related aspects of built environment – ranges from interior space to urban intervention in in in conjunction with theoretical understanding of history and and critical thinking The first-half of the program students will be studying architecture in in regards to humanistic disciplines through the exploration of of art and sciences These aspects of of study are carried out in in in in writing skills drawing exercises two and three-dimensional visual design testing model making and theoretical thinking The second-half of the program students will be designing architecture in in regards to professional discipline through the explorations of of building organization systems and ergonomic needs These aspects of study are carried out in in programming design skills material & tectonics operations computational design making building quantitative analysis and social & environmental impact investigations Regular Program
