This concentration will not only provide the basic knowledge of web and mobile application development skills, but also focus on the integrating the web and mobile applications in the business process.
During their study, the students will acquire skills in ICT, business analysis and problem solving. These includes knowledge in management information systems, business process analysis & improvement, project management, business intelligence, enterprise systems, strategic planning and data technology.
With the era of big data and data science, it is crucial that organizations and businesses need to stay competitive and be able to keep up with the advances of technologies. Business Intelligence and Data Analytics is a cutting- edge concentration that prepare the students with strong foundations and skills about how to transform data
and information into solutions and insights to support decision making or problem solving in organizations. This concentration focuses on topics such as data science, data mining and statistical analysis on top of the information systems knowledge for the effective use of big data.
