  PHILOSOPHY OF EDUCATION
The course offers the basic concepts of philosophy, educational philosophy, three main foundations of education (metaphysics, epistemology and axiology), foundations of Indonesian educational philosophy, streams of educational philosophy and thinkers of education, as well as reflections on the educational philosophy that are relevant to Indonesia.
PHILOSOPHY OF CHRISTIAN EDUCATION
The course offers the basic concepts of philosophy, educational philosophy, three main foundations of education (metaphysics, epistemology and axiology), foundations of Indonesian educational philosophy, streams of educational philosophy and thinkers of education, as well as reflections on the educational philosophy that are relevant to Indonesia from the standpoint of the Christian educational perspective.
LEARNING THEORY AND INSTRUCTION
The course provides understanding and skills to analyze, synthesize and evaluate the existing learning theories and instruction so that the students are able to apply the theoretical principles that are relevant to today's conditions and situations.
CURRICULUM AND INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGN
The course examines various theoretical and practical aspects related to curriculum and instruction. This course serves to equip the students with the insights and understandings of the concepts and practices related to curriculum developments and instructional designs that can be applied in the educational processes.
EDUCATIONAL TECHNOLOGY AND WORK PERFORMANCE
The course provides a detailed and in-depth study of the areas of educational and performance technology. The study emphasizes three perspectives of educational and performance technology, namely educational and performance technology as theoretical constructs, scopes of work and the professions. This study also covers the domains of design, development, utilization, management and evaluation in educational and performance technology.
MEASUREMENT AND EVALUATION
This course is a study of the theory, concepts, and practices of learning measurement and evaluation in instructional settings.
  COURSE DESCRIPTION
LEADERSHIP AND ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT
The course offers various types of leadership styles that leaders have in an organization, followed by a discussion on organizational developments that cover how an organization is constantly changing and developing at any time.
INTERACTIVE LEARNING MEDIA
The course enables our students to understand and make some learning media, the positions of the media in the context of educational communication and in the learning system, conventional learning patterns to modern media/state of the art. The emphasis is more directed on the interactive learning media, learning media production practices, and analysis of the needs of the interactive learning media.
NEW ORIENTATION IN EDUCATIONAL PSYCHOLOGY
The course presents new perspectives in the developments of "scientific studies of human learning". Starting from the discussions of old or traditional perspectives which are then continued with the developments of the modern era regarding both the cognitive and behavioral learning processes.
RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
The course offers ample opportunities to our students to study the quantitative research designs that include: the descriptive, inferential statistics, variables, indicators, questionnaires, sampling techniques and the survey processes. In addition, it will discuss the qualitative research designs that are generally used in the fields of education, including: the narrative design, phenomenology, case studies, grounded theory, ethnography, and classroom action research.
TECHNOLOGY-BASED INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGN
FOR SPECIFIC PURPOSES
The course equips our students to discuss and design ICT-based learning activities that are tailored to the needs of different subjects and cohorts of students (K-12).
