Conversion class from D3 Pharmacy to Bachelor of Pharmacy consists 66 credits (SKS) which will be given in 2 years (4 semester and 1 accelerated semester), contains theoretical classes, laboratory sessions, practical trainings, and final project. The graduates will obtain the academic title of Sarjana Farmasi (S. Farm.)
