Food Technology
 Food Technology program deals with raw materials, processing and processed foods. It covers among others, the scientific knowledge in food chemistry, microbiology, processing and engineering, nutrition as well as food analysis, safety and quality assurance in order to produce safe, wholesome, quality food products.

UPH Food Technology study program provides students with a strong foundation in basic science and food science, but we do not stop there. By being industry-oriented, we are constantly pushing our students to apply theory and technological skills to real-life situations, so that they are fully ready to contribute back to the industry when they graduate
- either by starting up their own businesses or working in leading food companies around the globe.
Our distinct features include: A strong foundation in basic science and food science and its technological applications; Industry-oriented program that intertwines theory with the real-life applications; Strong industry connections to ensure program alignment and sustainability with over 100 food industry partners for internship; English track available to prepare students to work in multinational corporations
Our curriculum is based on the National and International standards referring to the basic requirements for Food Science and Technology program established by Institute of Food Technologists (IFT, USA) and Perhimpunan Ahli Teknologi Pangan Indonesia (PATPI). plus soft and success skill from Liberal Arts UPH.
The networking established by UPH Food Technology study program with national and international educational food institutions as well as mutual partnership with food industries has enriched the value of this program.
