UPH, Lippo Village (4/2) ? There?re a lot of supplements that circulating in the market, that contains useful materials to form ideal body. In fact, there?re also a lot of supplements that contains bad material for body which is steroid. ?Just as when we said that Aceh food is delicious, it might be because of the content (marijuana), that use for food seasonings,? said Dr. Junaidi, SpKO, as Head of KONI Health Coalition on ?Sport & Diet? Seminar at UPH Basketball Court, Karawaci (4/1). So the best way to maintain ideal body is by paying attention to food intake and exercise consistently.

If you have money then you get your thing, there?s no maximum result without good effort. There are four primer materials in sport that we call FITT, such as frequency, intensity, tempo, and type of exercises. The sport frequency that suggested is 3-5 times a week. ?People who doing gym, if they?re not intensely practice then their body will get stretchy in two months,? he added. But don?t exercise to much, because our body also need times at least one day rest.

Second factor is intensity. The easy example is to count the maximum pulse when people doing sports. There is easy way to count by subtracting 220 with our age. In the normal situation, our pulse beating around 70-80% of maximum pulse. So, if we are 22 years old, then our maximum pulse is (220-22 = 98 times/second). In other words, our normal pulse are around 73,5 times/second.

Equally is tempo or exercise time. To burn the body fat, of course, we need more time, at least 20 minutes/day to warming up, core exercise, and cooling down. Remember, it is important to warm up the body to less the tense and cramps.

Last but not least is exercise type. There are two types of exercise, aerobic and anaerobic. According to Wikipedia, aerobics is a form of physical exercise that combines rhythmic aerobic exercise with stretching and strength training routines with the goal of improving all elements of fitness (flexibility, muscular strength, and cardio-vascular fitness). And anaerobic is exercise intense enough to trigger anaerobic metabolism, for example 5000 km marathon.

So, good-practice!! (sar)
