So far, UPH alumni who have been working with us have satisfactory performance,” said Rismawati Silaban as an HRD Manager of PT Lautan Luas, Tbk. UPH graduates are considered as those with high integrity and capable of building international partnerships.
Rismawati admitted that the values UPH adheres to are in accordance with the vision of this company that is producing and distributing chemicals. “In addition to being people with integrity, UPH alumni adapt easily to new environment, and most importantly, have good attitudes,” she said.
Another reason PT Lautan Luas, Tbk. holding an OCR at UPH was because of its graduates from various majors that are needed by the company. “The first priority is Food Technology department, but we also recruit graduates from Accounting, Management, and Information Technology,” added Rismawati.
