On Monday, 9 August 2010, 24 students of Universitas Pelita Harapan were inaugurated as the official members of BEM (Student Executive Body) 2010/2011 at Building D room 502. The leadership of Michael Angel Bastiaan from Teacher College Batch 2006 had ended and is now replaced by Ryo Saputra Limijaya from International Relations Batch 2008. Ryo was chosen with an open election arranged by MPM (Student Representative Council). With the other 24 members, Ryo chose Anita Karina Sungkono to be the vice president and Shielvin Seannita to be the secretary as well as Kresentia Karina Wibowo who will serve as a treasurer. BEM has five divisions, they are External Division of the Department served by the Commission I, Internal Relations Department served by the Commission II, Perception and Reasoning Development Department served by the Commission III, Community Service Department served by the Commission IV and Student Organization Development by the Commission V. Commission I is chaired by Anathassia Angel Bella and assisted by Kevin Angra Limawan, Ricky, and Patricia. Commission II is chaired by Wulandari Purnomo and assisted by Ristiana Eteng, John Andryan Phielip, Selvy Anggela. Commission III is chaired by Dwika Putra and assisted by Dennis Oswald, and Oey Rebecca G. Wijaya. Commission IV is chaired by Caron Toshiko and assisted by William Addy Sjahputra, Cicilia, Christine Go, and Griselda Dwi P. Commission V is chaired by Yandhika O. Ghozal, Cindy Giovanny, Sonia Sherlina, Dicky Winata. Ryo will be leading with a vision of synergy mission, impact, and succession planning. By bringing all UPH students? organizations together, he plans to bring impact to the local community and prepare leaders for the future LIT, LIT Simulation, ALT, and LION leadership programs.
