The Prime Student Fellowship

For the first time in the new academic year, UPH Spiritual Growth Department held a Student Fellowship at the Basketball Court on Friday (20/08). The program was at 12 ? 1pm, and started with songs of praise by percussions. Tens of students, dominated by new ones, filled the venue. The liturgists, starting from the music team, choir, as well the MC, asked all participants to do the fellowship with peer friends in the same faith, and to join their hearts in God. Isaiah 43:16 was the verse being brought by Dr. J. Kirk Kauffeldt, Ed.D. ? Vice President for Student Development and Spiritual Growth that afternoon.

?It?s New? was the theme in the fellowship. In reference to the words of God being read, he said that in this new beginning, we have to forget the past and focus on new things in front of us. God always gives something new every moment, even though sometimes we don?t realize that. Therefore, what is important is to always believe that God is with us even when we are facing new things.
