| UPH Awards 5 Committee announced the nominations for UPH Awards 5 on Thursday, March 17, 2011. The announcement was held in UPH Park with festive celebration. Students parade and marching band were some of the programs. This nominations announcement was one of the pre-events of the UPH Awards 5 that is going to be held on Monday, April 4, 2011 at UPH Grand Chapel, 5.30 p.m.
UPH Awards is an annual UPH event that is dedicated to students? appreciation. In this event, students both individually and collectively are given special recognition for their outstanding achievement. This event also encourages students to improve themselves in order to be a good role model for others. UPH Awards is also hoped to be a good contribution to Indonesia?s education. This year, there were approximately 300 UPH Awards applicants. These applicants were then assessed and selected. In total, there are 18 categories. Each individual category has ten nominations and will have five award recipients. Other categories will select one award recipient. |
