| On Wednesday, March 14, 2012, Orang Tua Group, in cooperation with UPH Career Center, held on campus recruitment at UPH. This event was attended by 43 UPH alumni from various major. In this recruitment, the students were asked to do psycho test, then if they were qualified, they would be called for interview.
Orang Tua Group is looking for potential candidates to fill in some positions, such as accounting staff, head of QC, brand manager, head of production, and senior formulator. Clairine Ngadiran, the HRD staff, said that there was no limitation in majority for some positions. For instance, for marketing division, the prospective employees are not restricted from business or marketing graduates only, but they also accept graduates from any major, as long as they are qualified. ?There are some UPH alumni who work in Orang Tua Group, and most of them are Food Technology graduates.
