Badan Eksekutif Mahasiswa ? BEM UPH (Student Executive Body) and Miss UPH Scholar Development Program held a talkshow that inspired students amidst their study time so that they could develop their skills and practice it in their daily lives. Entitled ?Know More, Love More? the talkshow featured Miss UPH Scholar 2013, Nerissa Pamela (Accounting 2012) and three guest stars; Roselyn Prima Winata (Law 2011 ? Outstanding Students for the World 2012), Aryandara Ramadhan (Visual Communication Design 2010 ? Owner of Denim N Reality) and Samuel Kharis Setiawan (Product Design 2007 alumni ? Owner of FaithOgraphy).

Moderated by Fernando Fen Lee (Industrial Technique 2011), the one-hour event took place at Caf? of Art UPH. In this talkshow, Nerissa gave an advice for the audience to utilize any facilities in UPH while they are studying here. ?Consider UPH as your second home, where you could explore the deepest potential and expand your talents,? she said.

Meanwhile, Aryandra explained that in order to succeed, one has to try first. ?It is better to regret while trying rather than not trying at all. Even though we will encounter failures when we are trying, we could still fix it,? answered Andra on how to build an independent business in fashion fields. ?Do not be afraid to try because by trying, we could have an understanding and at the same time developing our skills,? Roselyn added.
Samuel also added that the time in university is the right moment to build networks as wide as possible. ?Because, believe it, that the working world will be a lonely place if you do not have a wide networks,? he said to the talkshow audience. This event ended with a song performance by Nerissa. (ym)
