Moreover, James said that in the education world, Universitas Pelita Harapan has gone through three phases during its services for society. The first phase is providing a comprehensive education. The second phase is contributing to the research world and the third phase ? the current phase ? is to transform and to impact the society. For this purpose, UPH has integrated faith in every lesson, particularly in liberal arts and social sciences. ?Our schools and teachers play a crucial role in educating young learners so that they are prepared to see things through Christian worldview,? said James closing his remarks. The ceremony then continued with UPH Teachers College students? performance. The amazing performance of traditional dances received standing ovations from the conference participants. Afterwards, the event ended with dinner and warm talks between the participants. (lau)
