The last workshop of UPH Workshop Career series in the odd semester 2013/2014 presented speakers from Adidas Group (14/11). This workshop ? regularly held by UPH Career Center ? highlighted the theme How to Build My Professional Network & Career.

At the presentation session, Adidas Group first presented its profile company and staff management system. The staffs? job should be in line with each of their passion and likings so that they could fully develop their potential in the working field ? this belief is what drives Adidas Group for their unique staff management system.
During the workshop, Adidas Group also gave some tips to achieve success in building relation, career and reaching the full potential. For instance, in Adidas Group, every of their staff has the opportunity to explore their potential through many training that are held regularly. Besides the training, Work & Life Balance program of the Network Balance from Adidas Group is a form of company?s support for staffs? career and network life. One of the speakers, Lieling, said that in order to be a successful person, one has to have a dream, know very well their own weakness and strength, have a positive mindset, appreciate and carry out every project that have been trusted to the best of ability, and last is to have inspiring role models.
According to HR Manager Global Operation South East Asia, Vibrayani Bihara, Adidas Group came to the workshop series as a contribution for the education world by giving insights for students so that they are ready for work and accomplish a lot of achievements.
?Because we believe that a strong organization is made of resolute and formidable people,? Vibrayani asserted. He further added that in order to create formidable people, besides talents and behavior, an opportunity to pursue the accomplishment in life is also crucial to realize it.
Taking place at MYC Multi-Purpose Room, the enthusiasm from workshop participants ? who asked many questions ? and quiz became the closing event for Career Workshop by Adidas Group. (ym)
