?This breakthrough method is not going to be executed directly because it needs to follow the legal frameworks. This is to make sure that the method will work side-by-side with the current law and supported by the state institution leaders. Another preventive measure is by checking online the flow of document through the data center, with the permission from the owner. This is one of the benefits from e-audit method,? Hadi described. In the Q&A session, Hadi got many well-asked questions; one of them is about BPK limitation in accessing tax data. This question was raised by UPH Faculty of Law lecturer, Jongker Sihombing. Hadi replied, ?We strive to follow the existing laws and rules when we carry out our duty. However, if the data is deemed to be a secret, then let it be a national secret. We still have to perform under the law. This is the reason why BPK decided to establish a data center that I have explained previously, to search for individual?s information that we want to check from one reliable data source.?
