In this situation, my request must be signed by the President of Indonesia, SBY. I was starting my diplomat experience from Miami for being the first consul general of Paraguay , and to be the first ambassador also in Southeast Asia. At that time, I didn?t know that I will stay at Indonesia. Before coming here, I was visiting Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand.? Cesar even explained the privilege that a diplomat has. In order to protect the confidential file, any cabin or luggage of a diplomat must not be open anywhere. Whoever forced to open the luggage might be arrested for crime.

Indonesia is similar with Paraguay and blessed with a lot of natural resources that can be useful for the country. The thing that makes Indonesia different from Paraguay is that Indonesia doesn?t have a clue to conserve their sources. While in Paraguay, the major source of the country energy come from the river surrounding Paraguay. They established a dam to pushed the water pressure coming from the river to be able to change into an electrical energy.?You must be proud of your country! You have abundance of resources that can be used. One of them is the Wayang Windu electrical program located in West Java. It was started a few years ago. Now you can get cheap energy from anywhere with the help of the country nature,?
