And for us, this program is very useful to search for candidates with the main quality we need, that is problem solving ability. Moreover, we think that UPH students are very smart, from the Q&A sessions, all of them showed activeness and enthusiasm, and there were a lot of great questions too,? said Charina.

Not just sharing session and Q&A session, another thing about this OCR is the workshop, held for an interview session by Antoni Sion, McKinsey?s Business Analyst. ?There were four sessions to go through during the interview; they are introduction, CV Based, Case Question and Q&A session. To answer the Case Question, you have to be able to clarify and ensure the interviewer that you understand the case given by briefly repeating all the facts and providing a closure. For the rest, you have to be relaxed, be yourself and take your time to pour all of your potentials,? said Antoni.

To end the OCR, approximately 50 participants who had sent their CV online, were directed for a recruitment process by undergoing a Problem Solving Test, which will be reviewed by McKinsey interviewer.
