To convince further the prospective students who have enrolled in UPH, UPH Marketing & Admission Department held Admitted Session on 8-9 December 2017 at UPH Restaurant and Room 501 at building D UPH Karawaci. This event is presented to enrich the information of parents and prospective students related to UPH. One of the information given to the Prospective student is about the sports Department UPH by Daniel Gondosaputro, the Section Head of Internal sports Program.
Sports Department itself has contributed to UPH through various achievements from many competitions. As recently, UPH sports Department through its UPH Eagles team won medals at POMNAS XV in Makassar in October 2017, the gold medal for men’s basketball, silver medal for women’s basketball and swimming, and bronze for badminton. Not only that UPH Eagles also managed to become the first champion of the Student League (LIMA) event that just took place in November.
Through this information, UPH convinces parents and prospective students, UPH’s commitment to conducting holistic education, which is not only academically excellent, but also a non-academically capable of improving students’ soft skills. |

Daniel also emphasized that after the students undergo the lecture every day, Sport Department UPH also becomes a place for students to actively involved in the activity outside of class, which are the activities that exist after the lecture hours are finished every day. It is intended that students do not use their energies on things that are not good, but use them for things that are more useful for their development.
It is also approved by Adiez Manafe, one of the Student-Athlete UPH Eagles. Adiez as a student of Communication Science UPH, 2015 felt that UPH after campus activities are very good. |

In the Admitted Session event is not only Sport Department but also representatives from MYC (Mission Youth for Christ) to explain how is UPH dormitory life, then UPH Ambassador related to UPH Student Life activities, and the explanation of the UPH Marketing and Admission Department.
At this opportunity, the parents and prospective students who attended also gain the opportunity to make tuition payments directly. They also had time to talk to the representatives of the majors who attended the event. At the Admitted Session which has been held previously on 17-18 November 2017, about 300 guests who attended the opportunity can have the opportunity to get the Fun Gift prepared.
Through the UPH Admitted Session, we hope that both parents and prospective students who are still in the status as Admitted Students can be more convinced with the quality of education presented by UPH and soon join as ‘Committed Students of UPH’. (mt) |
