In an effort to share love, Universitas Pelita Harapan held an internal Christmas Action on December 19, 2017, in room D 502 UPH Karawaci, Tangerang. This Christmas action was held to express gratitude for the contribution and dedication of the outsourced employees who have worked at UPH.
In this event, 401 outsourced employees received appreciation in the form of gift given by Feteriadi, S. Kom., M.A., as the Director of Spiritual Growth as well as a Chairman of UPH Christmas 2017 Committee symbolically.
As an appreciation for the services provided by the outsourced employees, the committee also held an ?Outsource Award? to the top 10 outsourced employees, consisting of the 3 employees from PT BPI (Bangun Papan Idaman), 2 persons from PT ISS (Integrated Service Solution), 1 people from PT HJL (Harapan Jaya Lestarindo), 2 people from PT Polaritas, and 2 people from PT SI (Security Indonesia).
Indeed, with the ‘Outsource Award’, motivate other outsourced employees to be more eager to provide the best, especially to employees in companies that this year has not received awards such as PT Vecos and PT RDP (Raih Daya Persada).
The internal Christmas Celebration of UPH 2017 is also equipped with a message from the Rector of UPH, Dr. (Hon) Jonathan L. Parapak, M.Eng.Sc., stating that all the people who contribute to UPH, whether the rectorate, staff, lecturers, or outsourced employees are equal. Meaning of equal, both serving in UPH. |

To enliven the Internal Christmas Deed event, there was also a variety of appearances from outsource employees who have prepared several performances in the form of singing and dance. Not only that, this event is also equipped with the door prize.
With this series of activities, UPH hopes that the spirit of the outsourced employees continues to exist and can continue to serve in UPH with joy. (mt) |
